Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Busser to support servers and restaurant staff. You will help maintain spotless dining areas, assist with beverages and service tasks, and ensure smooth reset and turnovers between guests.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, quickly adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while upholding high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock assigned work area following established fine dining service standards and procedures.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses and clearing tables.
• Maintain table settings by replenishing utensils and removing used items.
• Clear and reset tables within standard timing and guidelines; assist with coffee, tea, water, bread, and other beverages.
• Retrieve china, silver, glassware and stewarding items; polish and store equipment as designated.
• Help with setup and breakdown of dining room facilities and keep service stations clean and stocked.
