Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Busperson for L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a premier fine dining restaurant. You will support service and culinary teams, maintain premier cleanliness, and ensure tables are set properly with silverware, glassware, linens, and condiments.

The starting rate is $14.7137 per hour plus tips. You will work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, assisting with water, beverages, and table maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a resort or fine dining environment preferred.
• 1+ year prior relevant experience as a bus or food runner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware, set up tables with silverware, glassware, linens and condiments.
• Ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
• Clear and sanitize tables and chairs, reset with linens, glassware and tabletop items.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with staff to turn tables efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks and refill as needed.
• Keep dining room floors clean and free of debris.
• Perform other duties as requested.
