Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest unit in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Fine Dining Bartender to prepare and serve beverages in the bar area of the American Airlines facility. You will support set-up, stock maintenance, and guest interactions with an emphasis on service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years of hospitality or customer service experience; fine dining experience is preferred, with an internal referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and condiments.
• Maintains stock and garnishes to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders; follows liquor regulations and portion control.
• Checks IDs, processes payments, and handles cash accurately.
• Keeps bar area clean and organized; ensures health and safety standards.
