Job summary

Goebel Cabinetry is hiring for a finishing role in our established, 70+ year family-owned shop. You will stain, paint, and top-coat fine woodwork, spray in a controlled booth, and prep surfaces for premium cabinetry. You’ll join a small, skilled team focused on quality and durability.

The position offers daytime, full-time hours with paid holidays and PTO. This is long-term, year-round work in a clean, organized shop with room to grow as the finishing department expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet finishing, millwork, furniture finishing, or automotive paint (preferred).
• Sharp eye for detail and a pride-in-your-work mindset.
• Comfort with spray equipment and sanding tools.
• Reliable, positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Stain, paint, and top-coat fine woodwork.
• Spray finish in a controlled booth.
• Sand and prep surfaces on custom cabinetry.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality before they move down the line.
• Work alongside a small, experienced production team.
