Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a Personal Banker in Alliance, NE. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and learn their financial goals to provide tailored recommendations that support retirement planning and ongoing banking needs.

You will work on the sales floor with a team, delivering friendly service, complying with bank policies, and building relationships through outreach. Prior retail banking experience and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted work authorization and no sponsorship needed
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required with NMLS
• Spanish bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Make every customer feel welcome in your FNBO branch
• Help customers with transactions like deposits and withdrawals
• Gain an understanding of your customer’s unique financial needs
• Make personalized recommendations to support them
• Help guide your customers toward greater financial well-being
• Deepen your relationship with customers through outreach
• Comply with all bank policies, regulations and laws
