Responsibilities

Embodies a strong client experience culture and supports clients personally and professionally.
Accepts and processes financial service transactions accurately, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
Resolves complex client servicing issues and educates clients on financial wellness opportunities.
Builds partnerships with branch teammates and external centers of influence to drive client acquisition and deepening relationships.
Reviews product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings and ensure compliance.
Works on Saturdays as directed by management.
