Responsibilities

• Provide information management support to NHRC Director and Senior Financial Analyst.
• Prepare a monthly Status of Funds report for prior fiscal year.
• Research accounting issues using STARS-FL and other data sources.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, reports, and forms.
• Assist with travel arrangements and processing travel requests in DTS.
• Assist Budget Analyst with quarterly reviews to ensure data is up-to-date and available to the Budget Officer.
• Assist Accounting Analyst with quarterly reviews to ensure data is up-to-date and available to the Accounting Officer.
• Assist with outstanding reconciliation validations.
• Prepare outgoing funding documents for Accounting Analyst review.
• Identify and recommend proper lines of accounting to be assigned.
• Run daily and non-daily reports based on BUMED SOP.
