Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Cloud Architect to design and sustain enterprise architecture across technology and information domains. You will partner with business stakeholders to evaluate solutions and guide architectural roadmaps, delivering scalable, secure frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as AWS, CISSP, Professional Cloud Solutions Architect, Open CA, or ITIL.
• 4+ years of cloud architecture, technical design, and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple architecture domains, including technology, applications, information, and infrastructure.
• Experience working with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models.
• Experience across major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current- and future-state architecture models across technology, application, information, and infrastructure domains
• Create logical, physical, and process architecture diagrams and maintain technical documentation and standards
• Partner with Financial Systems Technology teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to evaluate solutions and recommend architectural approaches
• Provide technical guidance supporting projects, technology roadmaps, and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to document and maintain the Financial Systems infrastructure landscape
• Research emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization
• Establish and communicate architecture standards, design principles, processes, and technology best practices
• Present technical concepts and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to Financial Systems developers
• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive enterprise technology initiatives forward
• Perform additional technical and strategic projects as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
