Job summary

Inspire is seeking an Analyst – OTCF to support Oracle Order to Cash modules and Revenue Management Cloud Service operations from our Atlanta Global Support Center. You will partner with the TFR team to understand data flows, controls, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy across OTCF modules.

The role requires 0-2 years of relevant experience and hands-on skills in Excel, SQL, and Power Query, with exposure to Oracle RMCS, AR, and Bill Management.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT or a related field.
• Experience handling large data sets; proficient in Excel, Power Query, SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Bill Management, RMCS, AR and Advanced Collections.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tie-out validations of interfaces into and out of OTCF applications following the documented C&A process; investigate interfaces with missing completeness & accuracy.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of OTCF interfaces, dependencies, risks and controls – including data sources impacting revenue accounting accuracy.
• Partner with the TFR team to monitor daily RMCS inbound integrations, investigate issues, and coordinate resolution.
• Support RMCS operations and improvements by analyzing contract and data issues, testing fixes, and identifying automation and control enhancements.
• Perform admin functions in OTCF modules such as setting up countries, Franchisee organizations, and transaction types; manage RMCS admin duties.
• Open and manage tickets with Enterprise Applications as needed.
• Understand controls supporting revenue data flows and how assurance on control effectiveness is obtained.
• Act as liaison between OTCF accounting teams, Hyderabad Support Center, Financial Systems, and Enterprise Applications.
• Create/maintain interface documentation and job aids related to OTCF systems.
• Assist with UAT testing and Oracle quarterly testing.

Job description

The Analyst – OTCF plays a pivotal role in supporting the integrity and effectiveness of our Oracle Order to Cash-Franchise applications and related financial systems. A key focus of the role is partnering with the TFR (Technical Franchise Revenue) team to support RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) operations. This position will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of system dependencies, data flows, and controls that impact Franchise revenue recognition and accounting. The Analyst will document and enhance governance processes and data flows, support operational and technical accounting activities, validate interfaces to ensure completeness and accuracy, and act as a key liaison among Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, and OTCF accounting teams. By providing technical expertise, operational support, and superior service to stakeholders, the Analyst will help drive continuous improvement and ensure robust financial controls across all OTCF modules:

• Advanced Collections
• Accounts Receivable
• Bill Management
• Payment Services (Custom PAAS application)
• RMCS
• Sales Reporting Portal (Custom PAAS application)

This role will support the Financial Systems Manager of OTC and Senior Analyst OTCF as his/her backup during their absence. The successful candidate will be action-oriented with a blend of both technical and operational accounting experience related to OTCF systems and will seek to build strong relationships with and deliver superior service to all key stakeholders.

This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tie out validations of all interfaces into and out of OTCF applications following the documented C&A process; Investigate and document any interfaces with missing Completeness & Accuracy processes.
• Develop an end-to-end understanding of OTCF interfaces, system dependencies, risks and controls – including data sources impacting revenue accounting accuracy.
• Partner with the TFR team to monitor daily RMCS inbound integrations, investigate missing, failed, or inaccurate transactions, and coordinate resolution.
• Support RMCS operations and improvements by analyzing contract and data issues, testing fixes, and identifying automation and control enhancements for TFR Estimate and revenue management processes.
• Perform admin functions in the OTCF modules, including, but not limited to: Set up countries, Franchisee, Territories or units in billing and Estimate Journal setup; Set up new transaction types in Bill Management; Set up new Program Codes in Payment Services; set up new transaction types and receipt methods; Admin duties for RMCS.
• Opening and managing tickets with Enterprise Applications, when needed.
• Understand the design of controls supporting revenue data flows and how assurance on control effectiveness is obtained.
• Act as a liaison between OTCF accounting teams, OTCF Hyderabad Support Center Team, Financial Systems, and Enterprise Applications to support technology effectiveness and ensure all support and enhancement tickets are properly prioritized and tracked thru completion.
• Create/maintain interface documentation and job aides related to OTCF systems.
• Assist with UAT testing system changes and quarterly Oracle quarterly testing.

Education & Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting or a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT or a similar field.
• Demonstrated success working with large, complex data sets required for validating source/target systems matching – Excel, Excel Power Query, SQL, etc.
• Experience managing tasks and reporting status.
• Oracle Bill Management, RMCS, AR, and Advanced Collections.
