Faith Technologies Corporation is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to administer, optimize, and integrate our financial planning system. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and collaboration across Finance and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience with financial systems, ERP and planning software. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential, with a focus on data-driven decision support.

  • 4 years of experience in financial systems; ERP/financial planning software experience preferred.
  • Travel 0-10%. Working hours 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Administers and maintains the financial planning system, including user access, data integrations, and system configurations.
  • Collaborates with Finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
  • Designs and develops financial models, dashboards, and reports within the financial software to support strategic decision-making.
  • Troubleshoots system issues, performs root cause analysis, and implements solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Provides training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of financial software tools and features.
  • Leads or supports system upgrades, enhancements, and testing efforts.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity across all financial systems and reports.
  • Documents system processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stays current with financial software updates and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Our Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our financial planning and analysis system, ensuring data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Incumbent should be detail oriented and technically skilled with expertise in a financial planning software. Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process is required. Must be proficient in Excel and have experience with SQL or data integration tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:4 years ofexperience in financial systems. Prefer experience with ERP systems, financial planning software, and working in mid to large size organizations with complex financial structures.

Travel: 0-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
