Job summary

Utilities Company is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator for a 6-month contract with potential to turn permanent. The role is on-site in Tampa, FL, four days per week, with USC/GC work authorization.

Responsibilities center on SAP R/3 master data, access management, and supporting regulatory and finance system initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields and proven SAP ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with SAP ERP, including master data maintenance and/or security access management.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Utility, regulatory, or Finance systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Finance-related SAP R/3 master data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and process Finance SAP access requests and support user access reviews.
• Support SOX compliance activities for Finance systems, including UAT documentation and evidence, system access administration, periodic access reviews, and ITGC execution and documentation.
• Assist with Finance technology projects, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and project coordination.
• Perform ad hoc financial, operational, and system analyses to support management decision-making.
• Support regulatory and rate case activities, including research, data gathering, and responses to interrogatories.

Compensation: Pay = $45/Hr - $47/Hr

Location: On Site 4 days - Tampa - FL

Work Authorization: Only USC and GC holders of premamnet residence

Scope:

The Financial Systems Administrator will be accountable for master data management, technology initiatives, and analytical projects. The ideal candidate will have SAP R/3 experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Experience with SAP ERP, including master data maintenance and/or security access management.
