Job summary

INOVA Federal Credit Union in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist to join the Branch Operations team. You will build lasting member relationships, offer tailored financial solutions, and support everyday banking activities at our Mishawaka branch.

You will open and service several account types, assist with consumer loans and cards, conduct closings, and educate members on digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or account services is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional service and personalized financial guidance.
• Open and service checking, savings, money market, IRA, HSA, and business accounts.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications, credit cards, and lending solutions.
• Conduct loan closings and explain loan terms and requirements.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and other services.
• Educate members on digital banking, mobile banking, debit cards, and online banking tools.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through financial education and product recommendations.
