Bank of America, through Merrill Wealth Management, offers a pathway to becoming a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor. You’ll start with required securities licenses and learn to build wealth plans while supporting clients with a broad suite of investment and banking solutions.

The Academy provides structured training and ongoing coaching to develop advisory skills. As you progress in the Advisor Development Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience with affluent and high-net-worth clients,

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Develop relationships with clients and conduct reviews/presentations.
• Assist in obtaining SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (training provided).
• Collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Progress through the Advisor Development Program toward a Merrill Financial Advisor role.
