Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to start with core licensing (SIE, Series 7/66) and build client relationship skills. You will learn to provide comprehensive banking and investment guidance, earning licenses along the way while working with a diverse client base in a structured program.

You’ll progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with opportunities across Bank of America and Merrill, supported by a dedicated Academy.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex environment.

• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired).
• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
