Upon obtaining these licenses, you will learn foundational skills for advisory work—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing complex financial situations, and providing personalized advice that humanizes financial interactions. You will then work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
Advancing to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II typically follows proven success as a licensed FSA I, where you will deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients and pursue further career opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy supports your development with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
