Financial Solutions Advisor – EASTSIDE Market

Join Bank of America in the EASTSIDE Market as a Financial Solutions Advisor. In this role you will provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position requires in‑office attendance with flexibility based on role‑specific considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and present a full financial plan using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
• Triage client requests and refer clients to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66 with a passing score for the missing series within 60 days).
• At least one year of experience in the investment industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or sales environment with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to engage all client types.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to apply new information to client solutions.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory due diligence and its application to client strategies.

Desired Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in the financial services industry or sales environment with consistent goal attainment.
• Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
• Insurance licenses (e.g., life, property & casualty).
• Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
