Qualifications

• Experience with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication and influence.
• Customer service with end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record.

• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services that best align with the client's priorities.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs.
• Makes decisions on client requests and makes referrals to internal partners based on client needs.
• Partners with financial center leaders and managers to coach associates during meetings to assist with delivery of an exceptional client experience.
