Qualifications

• Has demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Proven customer service skills with end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client goals.
• Builds and deepens client relationships by leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyzes client needs and recommends financial services that fit priorities.
• Contacts clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and follows up regularly.
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with leaders to coach associates during meetings for an exceptional client experience.
