Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Series7 & 66 license (or 63/65 in lieu) with passing within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in investments or financial services with sales exposure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to manage risk and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Builds financial plans with brokerage products to meet client goals.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned to client needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
