Bank of America is seeking a dedicated Financial Center Client Advisor to deliver specialized guidance and banking solutions to clients at various life stages. You will acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones by presenting tailored financial options and coordinating with internal partners.

Your role balances sales performance, risk, and client care while leveraging deep product knowledge and outbound outreach to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Excellent customer service and end-to-end client experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.
• Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills.
• Experience with in-person customer service and sales.
• Experience working with small business clients.
• Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Knowledge of small business products and services.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial guidance and solutions aligned with client goals.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients leveraging the bank's capabilities.
• Analyzes client needs and applies lending and banking knowledge to propose suitable services.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management with follow-up.
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners.
• Coaches and supports financial center associates during client meetings.
