Job summary

Western & Southern Life seeks a Financial Representative in Las Vegas to educate middle-income clients on risk protection, financial security, and wealth creation. You will analyze needs and recommend suitable financial solutions with ethical, client-focused guidance.

You will identify markets, prospect clients, schedule appointments, and effectively sell insurance and investment products while developing local brand presence and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies markets and develops marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels to prospect and network for middle-market clients by identifying qualified candidates.
• Contacts and secures in-person appointments for sales, service, and retention.
• Prepares for and conducts appointments using consultative practices.
• Effectively sells insurance and investment solutions.
• Plans and schedules weekly sales, marketing, and service activities.
• Markets the Western & Southern Life brand locally.
• Develops community relationships to strengthen market presence.
• Maintains client contacts to meet evolving financial needs.
• Engages in ongoing professional development of relevant skills.
