Job summary

EY seeks a Platform Owner and Delivery Leader for CRD/SaaS migrations within a leading wealth and asset management setting. You will partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to design, configure, and integrate CRD solutions across trading, portfolio and post-trade modules.

This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic roadmap work, mentoring a team of analysts and driving data governance, quality and performance while supporting a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role you must have a bachelor’s degree and approx. 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~4 years of experience.
• Degree should be in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services or advising financial institutions.
• Experience in Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management or as a Management Consultant in those sectors.
• 5+ years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience.
• Experience leading SaaS migrations from on-premise to cloud.
• Experience supervising a technology advisory team through all lifecycle phases.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Comfort with researching regulatory and industry trends and new technologies.
• Experience across technology lifecycle management and testing methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of technical architecture for financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Manage SaaS migration activities including environment readiness and data migration.
• Define the CRD roadmap prioritizing efficiency, data quality, and compliance.
• Oversee CRD platform configuration, rule setup, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and validate CRD integrations with IBOR, data warehouses, performance, risk and accounting systems.
• Ensure reliable data flows through CRD data loader, FIX connectivity, APIs and SDKs.
• Collaborate with data management to design CRD ADP and EDM integrations.
• Manage reference data, pricing, and security master integration for instrument setup and testing.
• Lead system upgrades, regression testing, and migrations across DEV/UAT/PROD environments.
• Establish data governance and quality control with CRD across upstream/downstream systems.
• Use SQL and data analysis tools to validate data and provide insights.
• Mentor and lead a team of business analysts and technical staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and translate technical topics for business.
• Promote best practices in system configuration, change management and delivery methodology.
• Stay current on CRD product enhancements and industry trends to identify improvements.

The opportunity

You will leverage your extensive Charles River Development (CRD) expertise and SaaS experience to design, implement, and support cutting-edge investment management solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will configure innovative workflows, manage seamless integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to CRD’s SaaS platform, all while maintaining peak operational efficiency and compliance alignment. Your deep technical knowledge of CRD, combined with strategic leadership, will drive multiple high-impact implementation projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade functions.

As a platform owner and delivery leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams to ensure CRD solutions are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm’s strategic vision. This role blends hands-on project leadership with the opportunity to shape the long-term roadmap within a dynamic and rapidly growing investment organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and stabilization

• Lead Saas migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing and coordinating with infrastructure teams

• Define the CRD roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and compliance

• Drive and oversee CRD platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules

• Design and validate CRD integrations with IBOR, data warehouses, performance, risk and accounting systems

• Ensure seamless data flows through CRD data loader, FIX connectivity, SDK, APIs and other integration tools maintaining reliability and performance across environments

• Partner with data management teams to design and maintain CRDs ADP and EDM integrations

• Manage reference data, pricing, and security master integration to support accurate instrument setup, validation and testing

• Lead and coordinate system upgrades, regression testing and configuration migrations across environments (DEV, UAT, PROD)

• Establish data governance and quality control framework with CRD, ensuring consistency across upstream and downstream systems

• Leverage SQL and data analysis tools to validate data, support investigations and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

• Manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance and professional development opportunities

• Lead cross-functional communication between front, middle and back-office teams, translating complex technical topics into clear business language

• Promote best practices in system configuration, change management and delivery methodology ensuring consistent project execution across teams

• Stay current on CRD product enhancements, new modules and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and automation

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience

• Your degree should be in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company

• Experience working in a Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management company or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies

• 5+ years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience

• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting SaaS migrations, including transition from on-premise environments to cloud-hosted solutions

• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing

• Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills

• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies

• Strong experience in supervising and executing all phases of the technology life cycle, based on proven project management and testing methodologies

• Must possess a deep knowledge of technical architecture design and have a good understanding of technology tools and components to reasonably argue for and against all components (middleware, database, reporting tools, etc.) in financial systems architecture

• Willingness and ability to travel, you must hold a passport and a valid drivers license

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
