The position requires FINRA licenses and brokerage product knowledge, with strong emphasis on compliance, data accuracy, and member-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required; Series 7 may be required depending on business need.
• Experience with brokerage and insurance products is helpful.
• Strong customer service and compliance focus required.

Responsibilities

• Execute on trade orders.
• Process paperwork for annuities and life products.
• Complete mutual fund trade tickets and monitor settlements.
• Assist advisor and members with sales paperwork.
• Set up accounts for new members and run illustrations.
