Derrick Spencer - State Farm Agent is seeking a Financial Services Representative to market financial products, educate customers on options, and deliver consultative service. The role emphasizes a sales-minded, compliant approach with opportunities for growth within the agency.

You will work with clients on financial planning, insurance solutions, and reviews, while maintaining regulatory compliance. The position supports a team-driven environment in Arizona locations (Laveen or Avondale).

Competenze

• Active Life & Health license required or ability to obtain quickly.
• FINRA Series 6/63/65 or SIE license preferred.
• Previous experience in financial services and/or insurance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Selected candidate may work in either Laveen or Avondale, AZ.
