ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erin Doan - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and assist customers with portfolio management and asset allocation.
• Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products to promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain)
• Series 6/63/65 or SIE licenses preferred.
