You’ll also take charge of your own professional journey by attending the Schwab Service Academy (SSA), which provides you with the paid training, study time, and support you need to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. We offercompetitivepay and bonus package that includes:

• Starting compensation of $54,100 during training ($26.01/hr.) plus anannual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings
• Potential to increase their total compensation to $61,700 within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases:
  • $56,100 base($26.98/hr.)
  • 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance
• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20% additional compensation, dependent on shift.

Requirements

• Ability to work8:00am – 4:30 pmMonday through Fridayduring Schwab's training program, on-site.
• After training is complete, the ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options.

Preferred qualifications
