The role includes licensure sponsorship (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with paid study time, and a hybrid work schedule with one day per week on-site in the Investor Center.

During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on‑site in the Investor Center each day.
We provide all the training you need to develop the skills needed to service customers and study for your FINRA licensing exams. You don’t need a finance background or college degree to succeed in this role. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
