Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Representative to handle inbound client calls, provide personalized support, and guide customers toward their goals. You will train through Schwab Service Academy to obtain SIE and FINRA licenses, enabling a meaningful career in financial services.

You’ll start with paid training and then move into shift options that may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and potential remote work for eligible roles.

We offercompetitivepay and bonus package that includes:

• Starting compensation of $54,100 during training ($26.01/hr.) plus anannual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings
• Potential to increase their total compensation to $61,700 within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases:
  • $56,100 base($26.98/hr.)
  • 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance
  • Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20% additional compensation, dependent on shift.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
