We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Job Description

As a Retail In-Store Financial Service Representative at Michigan First Credit Union, you will deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and provide personalized financial solutions to members. Your role involves helping with loan decisions, savings, and account selection, all while embodying a positive and confident attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and potential members.
• Represent our brand with a happy, confident, and positive demeanor.
• Offer tailored financial solutions, including loans and savings options.
• Introduce new members to the benefits of Michigan First Credit Union.
• Ensure follow-through on commitments and details.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and personable; love talking to people.
• Preferably 3+ years in financial sales or retail, with experience as a relationship or personal banker.
• Customer service experience of 3+ years.
• Ability to learn products quickly; high school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate extended hours and Saturdays.
• Team player willing to assist at multiple locations.
