Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and deliver exceptional service at the branch level.

We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $15 - $17

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
