World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Augusta, GA to guide customers on their financial journey and support the Branch Manager. You’ll provide excellent service, process loan applications, take payments, balance cash, and help grow the branch while building community relationships.

You must demonstrate confidence, organizational skills, and a caring approach. A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation are required to access deposits and meet branch needs.

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service and assist customers with questions, concerns, and products.

• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closings on renewals.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare daily branch deposits and transport money as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships and community presence at the branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Support branch operations and handle expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers.The primary responsibility of the Financial Services Representative is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently and to maximize growth. This position is expected to utilize sound lending skills, maximize potential profits, and follow policies for effective collection of accounts.
