Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a senior Associate for its Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice. The role can be based in any GT office including Atlanta, with a focus on financial services regulatory compliance and licensing matters.
The candidate will handle complex regulatory analyses, provide client‑focused services, and contribute to a broad, nationwide practice. A minimum of six years’ experience and bar admission are required, with Spanish language skills preferred.

Candidates must be willing to take on significant responsibility, have a strong commitment to client service, and be diligent, proactive and team‑oriented. The role requires rigorous client work, complex regulatory analysis, and proactive risk management.
The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is $260,000 - 365,000 per year.
Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job‑related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials where market pay differs from the national average. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
