Job summary

Nationwide invites you to join our 12-week internship program in Columbus, Ohio, May–August, 40 hours per week. You will tackle high-impact projects across Sales, Analytics, Project Management, and Operations, with mentorship from seasoned leaders and meaningful exposure to our nationwide business.

During the program, you’ll develop professionally through sessions, networking, and hands-on assignments designed to drive real outcomes for Nationwide and our customers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree and within 2–3 semesters of graduation
• Understanding or interest in the financial services or insurance industry
• Participation and leadership in extracurricular activities
• Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• This internship will expose you to meaningful projects across multiple business lines
• You’ll attend learning sessions and network with leaders and alumni
• You may mentor and shadow colleagues while contributing to real initiatives
• There is potential for full-time opportunities after graduation
• National internships offer travel and housing for those not in Columbus
