Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Canvas.
• Knowledge of lending products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our members and their situations.
• Educate members on how Canvas can help them afford life.
• Provide lending solutions with care and ethics.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments professionally.
• Handle advanced frontline transactions like IRAs and CDs.
• Grow with industry trends, products, and tech advances.
• Share knowledge on best practices and opportunities.
• Work with teammates to support members through peaks and valleys.
• Deliver excellent, face‑to‑face service daily.
