• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or team.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
• Provide clients with details on account information (investment objectives, risk).
• Enter solicited or unsolicited orders as directed.
• Support marketing strategies and website maintenance.
• Assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service models.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
• Participate in training and firm initiatives.
