Responsibilities

Handle inbound requests in a fast-paced environment.
Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries.
Assist the field with mutual fund journal requests.
Support with new account openings, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests.
Collaborate effectively in a high-activity team environment while maintaining accuracy.
