Qualifications

• Ability to research, resolve, and elevate service inquiries as needed.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in all client and field interactions.
• Handle inbound requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries.
• Assist the field with mutual fund journal requests.
• Support with new account openings, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests.
• Collaborate effectively in a high-activity team environment while maintaining accuracy.
