Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity for a Financial Services Associate, based in Inglewood, CA, with flexibility to work remotely.

The Financial Services Associate will work with individuals and families to identify their financial needs and introduce financial products and services that may help them achieve their financial goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Marketing and presenting financial products and services to prospective clients.
• Identifying potential clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conducting client assessments to understand individual financial needs and goals.
• Providing financial education and consultations on available financial solutions.
• Presenting products such as life insurance, investment solutions, annuities, and other financial services, as appropriately licensed.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborating with team members and participating in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintaining accurate client information and following company and industry compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• No previous financial services experience required; training and licensing support are available.
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
