• Lewis Brisbois' Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice handles state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory proceedings, for diverse clients such as Fortune 500 corporations, national and international companies, small businesses, individuals, and federal, state, and local agencies.
• The firm's Financial Services team has extensive experience defending financial services companies against alleged violations of consumer finance statutes (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA, Dodd-Frank) and general consumer protection laws (e.g., TCPA, state unfair trade practices).
