Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Moorhead, MN is seeking a friendly Teller to provide extraordinary personal service and handle daily transactions for our members.

You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, open new accounts, cross-sell products, and help members achieve financial growth while upholding FCCU's community-focused values. Monday-Friday shifts with rotating Saturdays; FCCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred; cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Effective written and verbal communication; detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person, on the phone, or by email and develop relationships to meet financial needs.
• Process routine teller transactions for new and existing members.
• Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and enhance member satisfaction.
• Provide engaging, personal service and project a positive image as the face of FCCU.
