Catalyst Career Group in Milwaukee seeks a Financial Representative Trainee for its Accelerator Program. You will receive training to sell Individual Insurance products and build a holistic financial practice through mentorship and hands-on projects.

The program advances you toward independent advisory status within 24 months. Benefits include a base salary of $36,000 with OTE $50,000–$75,000, a $1,000 trainee completion bonus, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Successfully meet all trainee program requirements.
• Obtain the required insurance licenses prior to starting the job, with up to two attempts for the Life and Health exam.
• Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing; securities licensing within 24 months of entry.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
• Contribute to classroom discussions and progress evaluations.
• Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales process test.
• Cultivate prospecting skills via research, networking, and social media.
• Understand our product offerings and their features and benefits.
• Oversee content, proposals and paperwork through the application and underwriting process.
