Job Overview

The Lonergan Region of Modern Woodmen is actively seeking a Financial Representative to help spearhead the continued growth of the region. The role is ideal for individuals who hold or can quickly obtain the appropriate state licensing, are motivated to make a meaningful impact on clients and the local community, and desire to lead, develop others, and build a growing team.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Representative, you will address members’ financial needs, demonstrate leadership in the community, support the continued growth of the local office, and over time may recruit, train, and develop other financial representatives.

Qualifications

• Team spirited, enthusiastic with a positive attitude when facing challenges
• Competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, hockey, rugby, swimming, golf, tennis, etc.) is a bonus
• Genuine and authentic, willing and driven to achieve goals
• Required active financial licenses: SIE certification or willingness to obtain quickly; Life/Health license or willingness to obtain quickly

Compensation

Starting income ranging from $97 K to $192 K+, commensurate with experience and outcomes. Potential for additional income through commissions and bonuses.
