Qualifications

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Comprehensive resources and support are provided to prepare for Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial (tuition reimbursement can obtain CFP/degree).
• Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
