Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Financial Representative to deliver a compliant, client-focused experience in-branch while collaborating with the team to strengthen client relationships.

You will receive robust training and support for licensing (Series 7 and Series 66) and have access to tuition reimbursement to pursue CFP, degree, or equivalent credential, with a full-time onsite work model in Chandler.

Qualifications

What you’ll do

• Partner with the branch to contribute to its success by finding ways to deepen relationships.
• Serve as a technology champion in the branch, adopting new tools early and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance.

What we’re looking for

• A strong foundation from customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Superb interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for engaging with clients.

Licensing and training support
