Job summary

Priority1 in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support financial reporting, perform ad hoc analyses, and study processes for control improvements. You will identify root causes and deliver data-driven recommendations to management.

The role requires 2–4 years in accounting or finance, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI. This is an on-site, full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Internal audit experience or exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct special investigations and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
• Gather information to determine root causes of issues.
• Review accounting processes for breakdowns, gaps, and control weaknesses.
• Document findings, risks, and recommended actions for management.
• Prepare clear written reports and summaries of analytical findings.
• Support financial reporting including variance analysis and reporting packages.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.
• Utilize tools to accelerate research, data analysis, and reporting.
