As a Financial Relationship Banker, you play a key role in looking out for our consumer and business customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services.
High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Office
Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in-office and work from home. $24.00-$30.00 Hourly The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
