Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to support branch customers in achieving their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with bank partners to deepen relationships while following security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clearly.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships in a banking environment.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital tools; deepen internal partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies; adhere to security and regulatory requirements.
