Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking a Financial Professional to join the Retirement Benefits Group in Fort Worth, TX. You will engage clients in local schools and municipalities, educate them on retirement products, and tailor solutions to individual needs while maintaining a flexible schedule.

The role includes FINRA sponsorship for licensing, a comprehensive 120-day training period, access to a Virtual University, mentorship, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Base Salary:Annual salary for eligible financial professionals, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management
