CAPTRUST is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist in Greensboro, NC to deliver high-level client service and support firm growth. You will coordinate client meetings, prep investment discussions, and input information into planning software, collaborating with senior advisors and CAPTRUST teams.

With 5+ years of experience and strong Excel skills, you will review data, present insights to clients, and help implement portfolio changes and transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CFP preferred; candidates actively pursuing CFP certification considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Four-year college degree completed.

Responsibilities

WHO are we looking for? Responsibilities CAPTRUST is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist who will deliver high-level customer service to clients to the firm. A competitive salary is offered for this role as well as expanding responsibilities with a rapidly growing firm :

• Manage, coordinate, gather, and execute projects, requests, reports, due diligence, action items, etc. related to client service, client meetings, and client reviews
• Coordinate client meetings and calls to collect information for financial planning projects and input information into financial planning software
• Prepare for client meetings (solo or with senior advisors) by seeking centralized resources and expertise to deliver investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, and other topical information to clients
• Implement changes, adjustments, portfolio rebalance, recommendations, transitions, etc. of client portfolios with CAPTRUST’s research and trading teams

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• CFP® preferred; candidates actively working toward CFP® certification will also be considered
• Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Completion of a four-year college degree

Desired Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audience
• Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
