Job summary

Diversify offers a short-term, project-based internship for Financial Planning students who have completed the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course. The role focuses on transferring and organizing client data between our CRM and eMoney, with on-site training and remote work eligibility after proficiency is demonstrated.

Initial training is on-site at the Diversify office, followed by remote work options.

Qualifications

• Current Financial Planning student or recent graduate.
• Completion of the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic familiarity with financial planning concepts and terminology.
• Comfortable working with financial technology platforms and databases.
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and reconcile client data from the CRM system into eMoney.
• Review existing client information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Follow detailed workflows and documentation standards established by the advisory team.
• Collaborate with CFP® advisors, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors supporting portfolio reviews.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client information.
• Adhere to all firm security policies, especially when working remotely.
