This multi-year career track starts with paraplanning duties and provides structured training, mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated planning strategies.

The full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonus, a professional dress code, and standard hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong client service orientation and effective communication.
• Must meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans and recommendations for financial planning clients.
• Participate in the investment research process and serve as a member of the Investment Committee team.
• Prepare for client meetings and reviews, including reports, proposals, and financial illustrations.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM database entries, and compliance files.
• Coordinate with internal team members, custodians, and insurance companies.
